The Repente Latus M Road and Tri Saddle is a high-quality compact saddle for both road and off-road enthusiasts. Comfortable and light, the Latus M triathlon saddle is designed for both men and women.

The Latus M's compact size and shape of the front of the saddle, enhances freedom of movement during pedalling. Its level of finishing, highlights Repente’s trademark attention to every detail, a common feature shared by all its products.

All Repente saddles take into account the conventional anatomical centre to position and shape:

1. The best point of contact of the ischium bones (sit bones) for comfort and ideal the position for performance.
2. The outline shape of the front of the saddle to give freedom of movement to the legs.

With Latus and Magnet models the wider back gives increased support to those who want it but is never a hindrance to the movement of the thighs (a problem of some "wide seats").

AUTOCLAVE RESISTANCE ENHANCEMENT
Repente was able to trim the weight down to 140g – creating the entire structure by autoclave processing, that ensures a more compact and uniform Carbon Fibre texture, enhancing the mechanical properties of the material as no other machining process can do.

WIDE COMFORT
Wide but not too wide, lightweight and amazingly comfortable! The Latus M is the full carbon saddle for cyclists who prefer a slightly wider fit than traditional saddles. Its 142mm width is one of the standard dimensions most in demand commercially in the wide seat range.
The wide longitudinal anatomical channel to the EVA padding, shaped to ensure adequate support even in the seat tip area. The anatomical channel reaches its maximum depth where this is most useful to help ease pressure on the perineal area.

The curvature between the wider part of the saddle and the more tapered front has been designed to guarantee maximum freedom of leg movement and to avoid any inner thigh chafing.

Viewed from the side, the upper profile of the saddle has a slight central gap, whose purpose is to help cyclists maintain the most comfortable riding position preventing any sliding forward.

The Multi Section Rail takes into account the differences in the distribution of forces along the longitudinal and transverse axes of the saddle.

Extra padding made of EVA, a high-performance material, ensures support all the way to the front, avoiding discomfort and numbness even when riding in an aerodynamic position.

The Repente carbon rails measure 7x9 mm, so the seatpost clamp must accommodate this configuration.
Please make sure that your bike has a seatpost clamp suitable for this measurement: the traditional 7mm clamp for round rails will not work.
