Glorious Bicycles is a bike shop, in Tonbridge, Kent, aimed at the cycle enthusiast. Whether you want the best for your daily commute, or like to get the most out of your blast around the countryside after work, a sportive competitor wanting every advantage to get round in good time, a serious cycle racer wanting the competitive edge, or just want to get out and enjoy countryside with the everything working smoothly.
SINCE 2018THE SHOP
You’ll find every aspect covered here. From just coming in for a chat and a coffee to talk bikes and cycling, getting your bike back in tip top condition with a service or upgrading your setup to something a bit better to enhance your ride. Or maybe getting a pre-event tune up so all your months of training are not spoilt by clunky bike function.
Maybe you fancy a complete new bike and we can help with that too. Whether its a ground up build to your spec or an off the shelf option.
In order to tailor work to the specific requirements of our customers we need flexibility to get you the best options and price. However, we do have fixed tariffs avaliable for some guidance as to the kind of service you require. Modern bikes can be fairly complex machines requiring varying skill levels and tooling, so prices will reflect this.
The ethos of the business is based on mutual respect and I want to provide the personal attention that you can only get in a small business. I pride myself on being as helpful and knowledgeable as possible to all customers. I endeavour to provide the best possible service in the nicest way.
A BIT ABOUT ME
I started this little shop as a bike and cycling enthusiast myself, having grown up with a passion for bikes and cycle racing. Having raced at national level for many years, showing well enough to gain Sussex Divisional Championships on road and track. Also, riding with good results in the National Junior Peter Buckley Road Series and Junior Tour of Wales, among others.
I spent my school years mainly in the local bike shop learning the trade and skills from many highly respected people in the cycling world. Every waking moment was devoted to cycling, training and working on perfecting bikes. I have remained, ever since my racing days, an enthusiast, following the races and non-competitive riding.
Thanks to Jon from Trainsharp Coaching, after a short period helping him with his business, I made the decision to start in the cycle industry once again.
I have come full circle and now back pulling bikes apart, along with riding more and more.

Nick has carried out various jobs for me to a very high standard, the most recent being a complete strip down, repaint and rebuild with new parts, and it looks fantastic. Nick offers a great service, has great knowledge and to top it off is a great guy too.
